Sunday worship begins at 10:30 a.m. with recorded music, scripture, and a live sermon by Pastor Bob Fuchs.

What to expect during your visit (COVID RESTRICTIONS):

FACE MASKS REQUIRED: A nose and mouth covering face mask is required for entry into the DownRiver Church building. Face masks must be worn throughout the worship service.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: The worship center seating is spaced 6 ft or more apart and chairs are in groups of 2 to 4.

ENTERING AND EXITING THE BUILDING: The doors will be propped open to allow for touch free entry into the building. A table is set up with masks (if you need one) and hand sanitizer. Ushers will guide you to and from your seat.

OFFERING: Gifts and offering may be placed in a basket at the rear of the worship center. You may also give online.

PRAYER REQUESTS: Prayer cards can be found at the rear of the worship center. Please fill out your prayer card (you’ll need to bring in your own pen) and place it in the basket. You may also call (734) 442-6100 to leave a voicemail prayer request. You can submit your prayer request digitally by clicking HERE.

SINGING: Most of us love to sing as it is part of the worship experience. Unfortunately, singing can cause the COVID virus to be aerosolized. The United Michigan Conference is asking that we refrain from singing at this time. Recorded music will be incorporated into the worship experience.

IMPACT KIDS: Children will be worshiping with their families in the worship center.

Our spacious worship center and modular seating provides us the ability to create a safe and socially distant space for you to worship.

Pastor Bob and the DownRiver Church Team put together this video to better walk you through the new guidelines for in-person worship.
